Processing Time

All bouquets are handcrafted with care and require 2–3 business days to create before shipping.

Shipping Information

Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (2–4 business days).
An upgrade to Priority Mail Express (1–2 business days) is available at checkout.

Please note: shipping times do not include processing time.

Custom Orders

Custom bouquets are made specially for you.

Returns & Cancellations

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.
Cancellations or changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
